Born in Venice in 1962
Education and apprenticeship
He began working glass at the age of 14, studying under two great masters: Francesco Barbini and Ennio Compagno (“Orfeo”).
Part of his apprenticeship was spent working closely alongside Maestro Barbini.
Professional experience
- Collaborations with leading names in fashion, art and design (Trussardi, Blumarine, Fendi)
- Since 1995 – Owner of a glassworks in Murano, where he continues to create works of art in glass
Works and style
His works offer a reinterpretation of tradition, with particular attention to thin-walled glass and blown pieces of exceptional complexity in terms of size and weight.
They have been featured in design and interiors magazines such as Vogue House, Elle Decor and Maison Française.
